Slogan on Shanxi's Village Building
The slogan on the building is “奋起千钧棒砸烂四人帮." It means "Bring thousand pounds club to smash the Gang of Four." There was no specific date of when was this slogan was put onto the building. It was probably put in the seventies. Right before or after Chairman Hua Guofeng and other leaders of the Communist Party ended the Cultural Revolution and captured the Gang of Four.
